Does your Liver Specialist or GP give you resources to assist you to reverse Fatty Liver faster?

Save 1,000's of hours in research into what you are looking for.  Ok, these resources

may look very Medical. It has taken over a year for myself to build up sufficient knowledge. I am telling you now, that these people who provide the resources make many mistakes., but try to soak it all in. You will learn what mistakes they have made, after you view many videos.

• Some of the authors of these resources are not very good at explaining and most would not make very good teachers. Some are excellent/

• They leave out stuff. I suggest you become obervant yourself.

• Don't let Liver Specialists con you and glaze over your problems and not even mention some of your problems at all. At first you think they are God. But in reality they all make mistakes. So do Radiologists. So do Sonographers. Fortunately, with research, I have been able to gain enough knowledge to discuss with a Liver Specialist. Now I can spend my time talking about the abnormals items, instead of the normals items.  But I am still learning. I haven't concentrated on obscure Liver Diseases in any of the literature, but you will see some examples of these in the videos and brochures.

• After a while, by comparing the resources you can fill in the blanks in your knowledge.

• With everything in the world, you need to become knowledgeable to be able to talk about it. You have no hope of getting a high salary in your own job unless you are knowledgeable and have product knowledge. It's up to you.

• I hear on the radio every week how some mothers decided to take it upon themselves to learn and then become experts in relation to their children's diseases.

• You can't find any of this info in a book yet. I have written other books that advise you to get to the point. Unfortunately there are Liver Foundation style websites that are not specific enough and do not get to the point. They lead you nowhere. There may be another book coming that can save you 1 year olf your life by learning quickly about your problem.

A good video to watch. Did your Liver Specialist give you this info? If not, why not?

A good video to watch to see what's normal and what's abnormal. Includes grading of Fatty Liver. If you don't know what grade Fatty Liver you are, you don't know what to reverse.

This video is using CT instead of Ultrasoundto evalate the Liver abnormalities. Unfortunately they are not good teachers since they don't actually use pointers on the screen to refer what they are talking about. I hate that. But any information is better than no information. I like the HU comparisons which never seem to be on a Radiologist report, or discussed by a Liver Specialist. Correct me if your Liver Specialist does in fact discuss HU units with you. I have 5 CT's and there is no HU measurements on these scans. It would be great to hear from you have a different experience. Liver Specialists - Please send me an anonymous written report to a GP that mentions HU units. This could put some faith in Liver Specialists again.

This is a good video especially describing Portal Hypertension.

Dr Sam is great. In this video he is teaching Liver Specialist how to write a report. A Liver Specialist needs to combine the scan images with Clinical findings (what he sees on your body, eg, Jaundice, Spider veins, loss of weight, etc). So patients should also study this video to at least learn how a Sonographer,Radiologist,Liver Specialist  can Grade Fatty Liver. Without grading, you as a patient don't know what you are trying to reverse. Dr Sam gives a lot of information including how the Sonographer should scan your belly. If the Sonographer doesn't ask you to take a deep breath, your Sonographer is a dumbo. You are in trouble. Your report will be useless.

Dr Sam's images. In this video, many things are covered, including Grading of Fatty Liver (Hepatis Steatosis). Start witht the grading of Fatty Liver. Check to see if you have aby cysts, which is very common. plus any other thing that id abnormal that is on the Radiologist Report. Good luck in getting a Liver Specialist to explain any of this to you. Fortunately I have trained myself now with enough information that I can read my scan and grade Fatty Liver myself.
