Signed statement to Medicare by Professor Darrell Crawford making false declaration which invites criminal offences. Solicitor for Professor Darrell Crawford advises in writing his client never received Medicare refunds despite delaration made by Professor Darrell Crawford to the contrary.

Professor Darrell Crawford states in writing "I am not a radiologist'. Ie. he can't read liver scans. Why would you see a liver specialist who can't read liver scans ? Professor Darrell Crawford is wasting your life if he can't read liver scans.

Professor Darrell Crawford states he is signing a Voluntary Acknowledgement of incorrect oayments for due to Alleged fraud.

Professor Darrell Crrawford says he has made incorrect payments. This is fraud since he never made a payment.

Professor Darrell Crawford would have to be the most stupid person I have come accross in my life.

I see people make mistakes every day of my life . I see duds every day from the monent I set eyes on them. I have done scores of fraud cases for my previous Chartered accounting firm. I have reconciled accounts of public listed companies to save them from insolvency. I have been employed by 5 different public companies as an accountant in five diferent industries. I now read my own liver scans and pick up the mistakes of radiologists. I now provide training videos on this website. I don't provide advice. Just the facts and advice by otheres.

After a while I become an expert in every frield I am invloved with. I have applied my skills to fix up my own liver.

Then along comes some Liver specialist clowns like Professor Dareell Crawford and the other ones reported on this website. I do not complain. I only provide proof. The proof is on this website for all to see.

5/2/24 Professor Darrell Crawford , director of Queenslamd Gastroenterology, agrees in writing by email to perform the scope of works I requested , including looking at my scans.

9/2/24 Appointment with Professor Darrell Crawford. Crawford refuses to look at my liver scans, which were placed on his desk. He used his left forearm to cast aside around 100 pieces of paper.

9/2/24 Professor Darrell Crawford advises me to talk to the radiologists., instead of him. He lies because he know that radiologists won't talk to patients directly. Everyone in the liver industry knows that Qld XRay and Qscan won't talk to patients. See Liver Foundation website.

9/2/24 Professor Darrell Crawford charges me $395.00 providing zero service, despite agreeing prior in writing to look at the scans.

3/6/24 Professor Darrell Crawford offered me a refund in writing but proposes that the way to refund is him only paying me the net of $251.65 and I keep the original Medicare refund of $143.35. This is fraud because Professor Darrell Crawford proposed that I keep a Medicare refund for a service that was annulled. Professor Darrell Crawford thought he would simply not bother Medicare despite this proposal being fraud. I was then put in legal danger as I would owe Medicare for a Nil service. The proper way to account for this transaction would have been for Professor Darrell Crawford to fully refund myself. I would then pay Medicare separately. There is a proper Medicare form for this payment.

10/7/24 Professor Darrell Crawford signs a Medicare Voluntary acknowlegment of incorrect payments form. Professor Darrell Crawford tries to get out of one fraud by commiting another fraud. Hoiw stupid and incriminating. Professor Darrell Crawford makes a statement on this form he is signing this form because of alleged fraud.Professor Darrell Crawford signs a statement that he received previous Medicare payments. This is false. On the same page as the signature Medicare points out there it is a criminal offence for making false statements.

Why would a liver specialist sign a form that he explicitly makes a false declaration that causes him liable for criminal offences?
