Diagnose what grade of Fatty liver you have. Cancers have 4 stages until death. Why doesn't your Liver specialist tell you what grade Fatty liver you have? Is it mild, moderate, or severe ?

Take steps to reverse Fatty Liver. Ask you Liver Specialist for a Fatty Liver reversal action program. Good luck with that. Consistent timely reporting and exact steps. I haven't found a Liver specialist that can give you a quantitative plan. Exact steps.

By the way, you have no hope of asking a public hospital liver specialist to assist you with an action plan. They only see you for 30 minutes every 6-7 months. You need to go private.

I can guarantee you that the Liver Specialist won't give you a plan. Please prove me wrong. Send me a message. That is why I am writing a new patient's guide to assist poor liver patients.

According to a recent scan of mine it appears that I have in fact reversed Steatosis (Fatty Liver). The first check is the echogenicity - brightness of the right liver lobe in comparison to the right kidney on Ultrasound. In Ct it's the reverse. The liver gets darker. The The second is appearance of white around the portal vein walls on Ultrasound. This is my understanding. See attached videos.

However, providers and patients should recognise that a grossly abnormal ultrasound indicates the presence of disease including steatosis, but a diagnostic test such as CT, MRI or biopsy may be considered as a next step to differentiate between disease states (fibrosis and fat) and to accurately quantify severity. For clinical trials, ultrasound is not considered a reliable tool to accurately assess liver steatosis. Ultrasound lacks sufficient precision for longitudinal measurements. As quantitative ultrasound techniques emerge, they may play a more central role in clinical and research usage. However, there is insufficient evidence to make a recommendation regarding their use at this time"

Rediagnose what stage you have. You then have your proof as to what stage you have reversed to, or in fact reversed totally.

Reverse Cirrhosis symptoms

There are internal and external symptoms.

You may live for 6 months or you may live another 20 years. It's up to you.

You need to have your Liver speacialist diagnose all internal scan images plus bloods plus external symptoms. Have explained to you by your Liver specialist the exact of the exact symptoms of your Cirrhosis.

I have personally have had many features reversed.

Reversed deranged bloods to normal, reversed Portal hypertension - gone.
Reversed Portosystemic varices - gone.
Reversed pleural effusions - gone.
Reversed Ascites very quickly - gone.
Reversed recanalisation of the Paraumbilical vein. - gone.
Reversed Collaterals - gone.
Reversed Fatty Liver - gone (If you believe the Radiologist)
No signs of diabetes whatsoever, blood clotting , INR, PT, perfect. Cholesterol 3.2 - better than perfect. All vitamin levels perfect. The list of reversals of features of Cirrhosis can be endless. The only reason I tell you all this is because your Liver Specialist rarely mentions disappearing items,. You have to work that out for yourself.

Does your Liver specialist tell you all that ? Please send me a message to advise me if you have had a plan drawn up by a Liver Specialist to reverse symptoms of Cirrhosis. I have met many a liver specialist. They all couldn't be bothered to hand out brochures from their own organisation, GESA. How shameful this is of them. So I have to do this for them. You need to know exactky what these features of Cirrhosis are. Perhaps the Liver Specialist made a wrong diagnosis. Some of these features are reversible (As above example) . Trust me.

SOME POSSIBLE GOALS

1) Fatty Liver (Steatosis) (depends on grading) - Take 3-12 months part time of your life to get another 25 years of your life.

2) Cirrhosis - start strict controls immediately, 24 hours a day to give you another 1-15 years of life.

STEPS

Steps include -

Step 1. Get your condition assessed for exactly what is it and what stage you are at. Get a quantitative picture at the start. This is the hardest part and the main cause of me writing this site - a liver specialist can't or won't tell you the exact stage of Fatty Liver you are, for example. The radiologist may or may not. Get the bloods. Get the scans. Get the Endoscopy.

Step 2. Stop what caused your complaint, if you can, like alcohol or drugs.

Step 3. Take the right medications advised by your doctor, specific for a liver patient.

Step 4. Lose weight (or gain weight, eg Cirrhosis) and eat the right foods (not for normal people but for liver patients)

Step 5. Exercise the right way for liver patients.

Step 6. Quantify your position. each month with bloods and every 3 months with review scans. Until you have a 100% full diagnosis of zero Fatty Liver, including bloods and scans,

you have not proven that you have met your goal/goals.

What I have found interesting in this process is I have seen improvements in bloods and scans. I haven't enjoyed the side effects but some of them have disappeared.

Improvements give you motivation to keep doing the steps. You must quantify your results. I can't stand it when a liver specialist or radiologist can't grade a Fatty Liver - mild, moderate or severe , or of Cirrhosis. Liver 101 stuff. I can't stand it when a liver specialist agrees to look at Liver scans but doesn't - see conman Prof Darrell Crawford, below. Proven signed statements by Prof Darrell Crawford to say he is not a Radiologist ie, can't read liver scans. Proven fraudulent signed statements by him stating he received Medicare payments, when he did not. His solicitor said he didn't . It's all in writing below. Don't believe me, just look at the evidence below. I don't complain about anything in life. I just get the proof. You be the judge.

Just imagine you competed in the olympic games and the judges couldn't tell you what time you ran for the 100 meters sprint? What's the point?

A liver specialist will rarely give you any steps for recovery or stabilisation. They are fantastic in an emergency situations when you get into trouble. Thanks for that. GP's are fantastic to help you to use pills to normalise some blood results, but even GP's don't know what the most important blood results specific to the liver are.

Get rid of unprofessional hepatologists and gastroenterologists out of the industry. The bad ones can cost you a year of your life, or worse, your whole life.

Ask the liver specialist -

Can the liver specialist give you a grading of Fatty Liver on Ultrasound, CT or MRI ?

Can they give you a diagnosis including grading. ?

Can a liver specialist read radiolographer scans.? (Most of them can't actually. Can you believe that? See Prof Darrell Crawford Case study 1 below and in separate page.)

Can the liver specialist read Radiologist reports.?

Can the liver specialist order the right things that should be on a report or scan when it doesn't cost a dollar more for the additional information. I now do this myself.

Can the liver specialist order the correct information required in a blood report?

The liver specialist may only give you 30 minutes of their time each six months and charge $400 then kick you out the door. They say "See you in six months"

Six months go by and you're dead.

A liver specialist may refuse to answer your questions. They provide no option on how to answer your questions. They could arrange another appointment, but they don't. Often they don't even provide your GP with a post appointment report.

For your information, I have one good Liver Specialist, one good Pulmonologist (Respitory Specialist , at least one or two good GPs. one good Cardiologist, one good Phlebologist (Vascular specialist), No good Nutrinition specialist , because they know nothing about liver conditions, common liver blood tests, etc. (section coming soon), one good dentist, one good mechanic, one pet monkey.

Guess what? All my good contacts can read scans. Many liver specialists can't or won't read scans.

The names of the good doctors I have, or my pet monkey, will never be revealed, as I don't want their names anywhere near the names of the ones mentioned on this website.

Professor Darrell Crawford, Medicare Fraud then more Medicare Fraud - all signed by him.

Fraud 1 - 3/6/24

Professor Darrell Crawford illegally offered me a refund for zero services, on 9/2/24 but he only wanted to pay the net refund after Medicare rebate. He wanted me to keep the Medicare rebate for a reversed tranasction. Pr Darrell Crawford is so poor he wanted me to get Medicare to help him by me keeping the Medicare rebate. I never accepted this offer because I would have commited fraud myself by keeping the Medicare rebate for a $Nil transaction. The proper method would have been for Professor Darrell Crawford to refund me in full. Then I repay Medicare, not him. The proof this fraud - see letter from Professor Darell Crawford below.

Fraud 2 - A bizarre and incriminating statement was made to Medicare signed on 10/7/24 by alleged liver specialist Professor Darrell Crawford. Professor Darrell Crawford signed signed a Medicare Voluntary acknowledgement of incorrect payments payments form. I never asked him for this form. It was voluntarily sent to myself from his solicitors. Unfortunately for Professor Darrell Crawford there are many bizarre statements on this Medicare Voluntary acknowlegement of incorrect Payments form and provides hard evidence for my accusations. You be the judge. I have set up a dedicated page in the menu. This will be fleshed out further.

Professor Darrell Crawford pays a Medicare refund to avoid fraud

There you have it. "I am providing a refund to Medicare .. alleging Medicare Fraud. " The funny thing is alleged liver specialist Professor Darrell Crawford never paid a cent to Medicare in the first place. Bizarre. I feel sorry for Pofessor Darrell Crawford steeping to totally dishonest statements and making lies in writing and signing for it. Let's be clear - Professor Darrell Crawford never paid a cent to Medicare in the first place. How and why would you repay a Medicare refund - as he says, because Mr Manteit is alleging fraud. The fraud I was originally alledging is that Crawford offered me a partial refund of $263.65 and I was to keep the Medicare refund. This is like me getting the dole and getting cash payments from the boss at the same time. That was the alleged fraud.

"All under the table" "No need to tell Medicare". "Don't tell anyone" (My words).

Pr Darrell Crawford thought he was all square, by his first refund offer. Now he is trying to fix his fraud problem by making a so called refund to Mdicare that was never paid in the first place. He has said these bizarre and untruthful statements on this Medicare form. Talk about going from the fry pan into the fire. He could have just offered a full refund to myself of $395.00. Not only this fraud statement but other statements below - "I am not a radiologist"

He thought he was all square. However I knew that under that original offer, I would have to pay back the Medicare refund. He didn't think of this. I am a qualified accountant with 10 years experience including 4 years at Price Waterhouse , the biggest accounting firm in the world and worked on thousands of financial statements and fraud cases. Nobody can hoodwink me. I see fraud every day in my property business. I don't need to see it when I want to fix my liver.

It is Pr Crawford who is the dumbo. Liver Foundation - "A radiologist is a specialist doctor who is trained to carry out and interpret imaging tests...." Is Pr Crawford the biggest dumbo n Australai, or the biggest con? Hard to work out which. If you as a liver specialist can't keep to your word and supply what was agreed, just give a full refund. No need to go through all this dishonest Medicare refund stuff. Pr Darreell Crawford just digs a deeper hole. I just supply this info to help save a liver patient's life, out of the goodness of my heart. Others will be hoodwinked by Pr Crawford.
